How do I generate the optimum volume of smoke?
You generate an optimum volume of smoke when you inhale steadily and slowly. Furthermore, it is important that the battery is fully charged and that all of the parts are properly connected (to prevent leaks from occurring). In addition, the steel wool on the atomizer should sit into a smooth bend on the atomizer, with no signs of fraying. Make sure that there is not an empty cartridge in your atomizer. Furthermore, it is of the utmost importance that the contact point between the atomizer and battery is clean. It is therefore advisable that you regularly clean both contact points with a dry cloth.
The steel wool on your atomizer may slide inwards as a result of you fitting and taking out cartridges. This causes the RuToo to produce less smoke. If this happens, carefully pull the steel wool back out.
How do I clean my RuToo e-cigarette?
You can clean your RuToo e-cigarette by removing the cartridge from the atomizer and blowing on the battery (on the side where the LED indicator is located). You will then see the atomizer generate steam. Do this for several seconds, until the atomizer has cleaned itself. When the atomizer does not operate correctly, there may be too much liquid in the atomizer. If this happens, you must dry the atomizer. You should also ensure that there are no wires sticking out.
