How long is the warranty period on my RuToo product?

All RuToo products are supplied with a factory warranty of 3 months. After the expiry of this warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts on our website at reduced prices.

How can I use my warranty?

If your RuToo product does not work correctly, first read through all of the tips in the FAQ (frequently asked questions) carefully. If these tips do not offer a solution, the product is likely faulty. In that instance, send your faulty parts (not the entire package, because this costs you and us a great deal more in additional shipping costs and we only return the parts!), together with a copy of the invoice and a description of the fault to:
